This Blodgett BLCT-10E-H Single Electric Mini Boilerless Combination-Oven/Steamer with Touchscreen Control and Ventless Hood is designed for optimum cooking and baking. With the ability to cook in modes ranging from hot air, CombiSmart, retherm, steaming, low-temperature steaming, forced steaming, proofing, or in preheating mode, this oven is versatile to your needs. It has the capacity to store up to 500 of your favorite recipes with up to 15 steps each. But if this isn't enough memory storage, don't worry. It's USB port allows you to easily transfer data and recipes as needed. The BLCT-10E-H's touchscreen control makes it almost effortless to set and permits you to adjust the timing for each rack independently, enabling you to bake each of your items for separate amounts of time. This reduces the risks for under- or over-cooked food. It includes a reversible 9-speed fan for ideal baking and roasting.
This Mini Electric Combination-Oven/Steamer comes with an automated CombiWash, a closed circuit cleaning system, featuring very low water and detergent consumption with no contact with potentially dangerous chemicals. There are no proprietary chemicals required. In addition to this neat safety feature, it comes with a drip tray just below the door, reducing the risk for wet and slippery floors. It also has a built-in 40mm (1.57”) fixed drain. Its HACCP system, designed to prevent microbiological, physical, and chemical hazards, records and documents the manufacture, storage, and distribution process of food products.
This Boilerless Combination Oven-Steamer has an injection steam system and ventless hood. The injection steam system distributes steam in the oven chamber by a fan wheel, while the ventless hood combines the catalytic system with the condenser system. The catalyst system removes smoke and fumes and the condenser system removes steam exhaust. The ventless hood system makes it possible for this BLCT-6E-H to perform both tasks simultaneously.
