This Blodgett BCX-14G Double Gas Combination-Oven/Steamer is a handy tool to have in your kitchen. With the ability to cook using steam, hot air, combi, or cool down, the BCX-14G meets a variety of baking and cooking needs. It has retherm band on control, steam on demand, a thermostat control to 500℉, and comes with a fully insulated cooking chamber for heat retention. These features empower users to have their items fully and evenly cooked to perfection. The multiple speed reversing fan especially has been included to create an even bake for your delicious creations.

The BCX-14G is designed to stand up to the heavy demands of an industrial kitchen. Having a stainless steel top, front, back, sides, and fully welded frame, this Gas Combination-Oven/Steamer is both durable and practical. Its dual pane tempered viewing window has hinged inner glass for painless cleaning and it comes with a pressure spray bottle for oven cleaning. Its stainless steel side rails are easily removable and its control promps allow you to delime the steam generator as often as needed.

This Double Gas Combination-Oven/Steamer has a cavity vent control which releases steam at the push of a switch. Its open vented system condenses steam and clears by-products left over from baking and cooking. This neat system prevents flavor transfer. The steam generator, separate from the cooking compartment, is self-contained and self-flushing for immediate steam recovery when changing cooking modes.
