This Blodgett 961 Triple Deck Gas Oven is superb for operating alone or in combination. This ability makes it ideal for warming, cooking, or baking a variety of dishes. Covered from top to bottom with vitreous fiber insulation, this Blodgett 961 is maximized for heat retention. An aluminized steel baking compartment liner and combustion chamber also hold in the heat generated from the main and pilot burners.

This Triple Deck Oven's stainless steel front, top, back, and sides also make it easy to clean, while its fully ironed frame make it durable. Stainless steel legs keep the unit steady and concealed hinges on the counterbalanced doors make it handy to transfer food items. Temperatures are easy to set with the main gas valve, temperature control valve, and safety pilot valve, which are tucked away within the section body for both your safety and convenience. The Liquid pressure thermostat has a temperature control range from 200℉ to 500℉.
