Covered from top to bottom with vitreous fiber insulation, this Blodgett 951/966 is maximized for heat retention. An aluminized steel baking compartment liner and combustion chamber also hold in the heat generated from the main and pilot burners.
This Deck Oven's stainless steel front, top, back, and sides also make it easy to clean, while its fully ironed frame make it durable. Stainless steel legs keep the unit steady and concealed hinges on the counterbalanced doors make it handy to transfer food items. Temperatures are easy to set with the main gas valve, temperature control valve, and safety pilot valve, which are tucked away within the section body for both your safety and convenience. The snap throttle thermostat ranges in temperatures from 200℉ to 500℉.
