This Blodgett 1415, with its compact size, is ideal for warming, cooking, and baking. Small enough to fit on your countertop, it is equipped with everything needed for maximum heat retention. It is covered from top to bottom with a 1" thick high-temperature insulation sheet and is heated by three tubular type heaters. With an aluminized steel back, bottom, and baking compartment liner, this Double Countertop Electric Deck Oven has the capacity to cook in temperatures ranging from 200℉ to 500℉. Its completely stainless steel front, top, and sides make this Double Countertop Electric Deck Oven durable and painless to clean.

Temperatures are easy to set with its handy Fahrenheit dial and digital display screen. With a 12 hour timer and audible alarm, the Blodgett 1415 is maximized to let you know exactly when your food is ready, reducing the risks for under- or over-cooked foods and allowing you to cook other foods without hassle. Its drop-down doors make it easy and safe to get food items in and out, even with the high temperatures.
