Beverage Air PH2-1S-PT Two Section Pass-Thru Heated Cabinet

The Beverage Air PH1-1S-PT is constructed of heavy gauge stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior and sides with foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. An operational indicator panel contains a thermometer and adjustable thermostat control which is accurately calibrated from 80ºF to 180ºF

The PH1-1S-PT has strip style 750-watt heating elements, operating on 208-240/60/1, having a total of 1500 watts per compartment. An externally mounted blower system maintains even temperature throughout the food zone area. Manually controlled humidity vents are provided in the top of the cabinet. This Beverage Air features self-closing doors mounted on rugged cam-lift hinges. Each door has a heavy-duty cylinder lock and self-adjusting magnetic gasket. Full perimeter of the door opening has stainless steel door jamb. The interior door liner is constructed of heavy gauge stainless steel. The doors feature safety grip handles.

Shelving:

• Heavy-duty wire shelves are adjustable in one-inch increments.
• A side door opening allows the use of optional pan slide type for 12" x 20"x 18" x 26", and 14" x 18" pans and trays.
