Designed using the latest technology in motion, geometry, energy, and hygiene, this automatic gravity feed slicer is perfect for heavy-volume applications. It offers several special features for all your professional slicing needs.

The Berkel X13A-PLUS comes with a 13" knife and a 1-speed, 1/2 HP motor completely enclosed knife motor. It has 3 automatic operation speed settings (20, 40, or 60 slices per minute) and three stroke lengths (1/3, 2/3, and full).
