Bakers Pride FC-516 IL Forno Classico Deck Pizza Oven

Perfect for display kitchens and exhibition cooking, this Bakers Pride FC-516 IL Forno Classico Pizza Oven has a wood-burning style, ceramic decks, and an efficient heating system. Its design allows it to be "built-in" behind a decorative facade of brick, stone, or tile to create an "old world" appearance or it can be displayed by itself. It has seamless stainless steel, black powder-coated exterior. Its door has unique hardwood handles, completing the brick oven appearance.

This FC-516 has a ceramic deck 48" wide and 36" deep, providing ample space to cook a variety of baked goods. Its temperature range, 300°-650°F, is perfect for cooking pizzas, and both it's top and bottom heat have control dampers. The gas controls are combined with a valve, regulator, and pilot safety. It has heavy-duty, slide-out flame diverters and is fully insulated throughout.
