This Arctic Air APP48R 48" Refrigerated Pizza Prep Table has a 33-41°F pan rail and 12 cubic feet capacity. The APP48R includes an electronic thermostat and digital temperature display. It has 1/3 size pans and a 17.75"D cutting board for operator convenience. It comes with a single shelf and a self-closing door. Its front, top, and sides are made of durable stainless steel and its interior is white ABS with a stainless steel floor. Its side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration is both efficient and dependable. This Pizza Prep Table comes with 6" casters.
