It has a 15.5 cu. ft. capacity to accommodate its twenty-four 1/6 pans (pans are included. This AMT60R has two self-closing solid hinged doors and two wire shelves. Its 9" deep heavy duty cutting board provides employees with ample space to chop, slice, dice, and prepare fruits, vegetables, and meats for sandwiches or salads.

This Mega Top Sandwich Prep Table has an easy to read digital display and easy to operate controls. Its front and sides are made of durable and attractive stainless steel. Its interior has a white ABS liner and a stainless steel floor. It comes with a set of four 3" casters. Two of the casters are locking. Its refrigeration system is rear-mounted.
