This Adcraft ST-120/2 is designed perfectly for conveniently serving your customers' their favorite warm recipes. With two 8" deep open wells, this Steam Table accommodates more than one dish at once. It even comes with a 8" x 1/2" polycarbonate cutting board that runs the entire length of the Serving Counter. It is on the same side as the controls for operator convenience. The wells have separate infinite switches for maximum control and its red indicator light stays on while the ST-120/2 is being used. It uses 750W elements to each heat of the wells and ensures your items are consistently ready to be served.
