It comes with a stainless steel drip tray and cooking grate for an easier cleaning process and its stainless steel upper housing has a vertical movement between 8" to 2.75". Its polished reflectors are directly above the heating element(s), ensuring heat is radiated back over the cooking area. Its handles are cool to the touch for a safe, user-friendly operation. This SAL-4000W uses an infinite dial to ensure precise control for longer time periods.
