Adcraft's MM-138 Mandoline Slicer is easy to store, convenient to use, and comes with everything necessary for immediate use. It is only 16" long, 5" wide, and 2" high, making it possible for it to fit in most kitchen drawers. It comes with a pusher, safety guard, and reversible slicer device, making it easier and safer to use. It has two blades. One blade is 1/8" and the other one has a 3/8" slice. This allows employees to slice products in a variety of sizes and shapes. This MM-138 has a stainless steel construction for increased durability and an easier cleaning process.
