Star 301HLF Full Pot Electric Countertop Fryer

The Star 301HLF is a Star-Max 15 lb. electric countertop fryer. It offers excellent frying flexibility and fits almost any countertop requiring minimal space! The 15-lb. nickel-plated steel kettle lifts out for easy removal of grease or other cooking oils. The all stainless steel cabinet allows for maintenance-free operation.

The 301HLF features a control housing with indicator light, adjustable snap-action thermostat, hi-limit safety thermostat, and immersion-type elements. The housing swings up to allow removal of the 15 lb. fat capacity kettle. The fryer operates on 208 or 240 volts with a 6' cord and plug.
