Pitco P18 Portable Fryer Filter - 75 lb. Capacity

Pitco has invented a convenient way to filter the grease and oil from your fryer. The P18 is completely mobile and has a powerful 1/3 HP motor and pump assembly. Its construction is completely stainless or nickel plated steel. This makes it capable of withstanding the heavy demands of commercial use. Its hose is made of sanitary, flexible materials and is 5 feet long. Equipped with a return nozzle, the hose connections are easy to assemble. This P18 Fryer Filter has four ball-bearing swivel casters attached to its welded steel frame, making it easy to maneuver and operate.
