The Grindmaster-Cecilware EL1624 is a medium-duty electric countertop. It has the ideal flexibility needed for short-order breakfast, lunch, and dinner items. It has a stainless steel splash guard and grease trough for increased durability and easy cleaning. The grease trough had been welded to the griddle plate for a unibody construction. The griddle has a polished steel plate, providing fast heat-up, quick recovery, and even heating. It does not have hot spots so items can be uniformly prepared. The EL1624 uses a precision thermostat control with a pilot light indicator. It has a front mounted, removable grease tray for easy cleanup.
