Flexible and energy efficient, this Cambro PCUPH615 maintains warm temperatures. Holding a variety of sized pans and foods, this Pro Cart Ultra Pan Carrier has 14 pairs of adjustable, stainless steel, universal rails. They include rail guides, numbered to correspond with different holding containers for a speedier set-up. Its energy-saving heater is 50% more energy efficient than other leading metal carts. It produces a convenient, pre-set, gentle non-radiant heat capable of reaching temperatures between 150˚-165˚F.

This PCUPH615 Pro Cart Ultra Pan Carrier uses 326.6 watts of power to reach and maintain food safe temperatures. However, its effective CFC-Free, polyurethane insulation can maintain temperatures for four hours or longer without electricity. It has two gasket free magnetic quick-close doors to help retain warm air. Its recovery times vary, but on average it takes 3 minutes for the energy-saving heater to recover after the door has been open for 30 seconds.

This Pro Cart has an attractive charcoal gray, polyethylene exterior. Its perimeter bumper helps prevent scratches, dents, and marks on walls and surrounding equipment. With four 6" x 2" heavy-duty casters, the PCUPH615 is completely mobile. This gives operators even greater flexibility.
