It has double compartments with two ceramic decks, making it possible to cook more than one item at once. Its stackable design allows you to stack other HearthBake GP Series Ovens if the extent of your operation requires it. It has a durable stainless steel exterior, aluminized steel bake chambers, and 4" adjustable chrome plated legs. This design gives it durability and makes it easier to clean. This GP-61HP uses energy efficient, modulating thermostat and gas control valves to regulate temperatures between 300°F to 650°F, perfect for pizzas.
