The Wolf C36C-6B 36" wide Challenger gas range delivers flexibility and adaptability to any commercial kitchen. It comes with 1 convection oven base and a 6-burner top. Heavy-duty and versatile, it fits perfectly in tight spaces when you need a flexible piece of equipment for multiple tasks. The unit is available in Natural and Propane gas.

Each burner provides 30,000 BTU of heating power and lifts off for easy cleaning and maintenance. The energy-saving flash tube open burner ignition system is shrouded for reliability. Burner knobs are made of cool-to-touch, high-temperature material. The convection oven is supplied with three racks and fits full-size sheet pans side-to-side. The oven's motor requires field attachment. The C36C-6B is constructed of a stainless steel front, sides, back riser, and lift-off high shelf.
