Wells 3036G Countertop 35-7/8" Natural Gas Griddle - 75,000 BTU

Capable of cooking a variety of items and products, this Wells 3036G is a thermostatically controlled Countertop Griddle. It has a steel construction, including a stainless steel hinged front panel and smooth polished steel griddle plate. Its griddle surface is 3/4" thick and is heated by u-shaped burners. The burners have an adjustable air shutter to provide optimum combustion. Regulated by conveniently placed front control knobs, the burners also provide even heat distribution over the entire cooking surface. Each 12" section of the cooking surface has its own control knob, allowing operators to individually adjust temperatures. This 3036G Griddle has an integral splashguard to protect surrounding surfaces and a removable grease drawer for easy cleaning.
