This Vulcan MF-1 is designed to filter the oil used with your fryers. Created to work with any manufacturer's brand of free-standing fryers, this Fryer Filtration is completely portable. It has a 16-gauge stainless steel filter vessel with a stainless steel handle. Its 6" casters enable it to roll easily from one location to another. This makes unloading it a simple task.

This MF-1 has a removable stainless steel crumb basket and mesh screen, making it easier to clean and maintain. Its filter pan, crumb basket, and mesh screen are all dishwasher safe. This Fryer Filtration does not require paper, but a cord and plug must be purchased separately.
