Univex SL80 Silverline Spiral Dough Mixer

Built with longevity in mind, the Univex SL80 Silverline spiral mixer comes with two powerful dual high torque motors. One motor is for the bowl while the other powers the dough hook. Each has separate controls with dual electronic timers. This allows operators to easily switch from 1st to 2nd speed and reverse functions. The motors are belt-driven for low vibration, low noise, and economical maintenance for years of reliable use.

Other durable features built into the SL80 are its reinforced dough hook and stainless steel construction. The spiral dough hook and shaft are both constructed from stainless steel. The stainless steel bowl has a polished finish.

The Silverline dough spiral mixer has noteworthy safety features as well. The safety switches protect operators from injury if the bowl lid is open.
