The U431X-302I2A, manufactured by Stoelting, is an air cooled soft-serve freezer. With a refrigerated cabinet, it has two 32-quart hoppers and two 5.32-quart freezing cylinders. The dispensing rate is adjustable and it comes with easy-to-use IntelliTec2 controls. The mix pump injects the exact amount of air into the mix to maintain overrun and maximum profitability. The IntelliTec2 controls provide additional operator information and enhanced service diagnostic capability. This U431X-302I2A has an energy conservation mode to protect the product from over-agitation during slow or non-draw periods.
