The new line of Hobart prep washers is designed to improve cleaning performance, decrease energy usage and environmental impact, lower labor costs, and optimize chemical usage and water quality.

The Hobart PW10-1 is a heavy-duty, fully automatic, front-opening Prep Washer with a split-door system. The upper door section slides upward as the lower door section is pulled down. The stainless steel pull-out rack allows easy loading for large utensils and pans. Three variable wash cycles ensure thorough cleaning and sanitizing.
