The Henny Penny FPDE615.615.005.7 is an electric FlexFusion™ boilerless combi oven that allows you to roast, bake, grill, steam, blanch, and hold food items all in one piece of equipment, saving valuable floor space and reducing operating costs. It includes (2) FPE-615 units with crosswise racking. This oven has easy to use ChefsTouch™ touchscreen controls that integrate apps for cooking, cleaning, training, operations, troubleshooting, and video assistance. It has DynaSteam2 boilerless technology that requires no expensive deliming and includes a patented heat exchanger that preheats incoming water to provide even greater energy savings. The WaveClean™ automated cleaning system provides exceptional water savings by using up to 36% less water.

This oven has a PerfectHold mode that automatically switches to holding when done cooking to keep food at the perfect serving temperature and a TimeToServe mode that tells you when to load different items so they are all done at the same time, eliminating the need to monitor and unload pans at separate times. The FamilyMix mode shows which items can be cooked together allowing you to prepare various menu items at once.
