This Vulcan VRH8 Low Profile Single Deck Mobile Cook / Hold Cabinet is ideal for use in industrial kitchens and commercial applications. It has the capacity to hold eight sheet pans or sixteen hotel pans on its three wire shelves. It cooks at temperatures between 100°F to 250°F or can be set to hold items at 100°F through 190°F. This gives your kitchen increased flexibility while keeping food deliciously warm and ready to be served. It cooks by time so once the cook cycle is complete it will automatically switch to its hold settings. This VRH8 can also be set to rethermalize foods for greater versatility.
