This Vulcan C24EO3 functions as both a steamer and convection oven. Small enough to fit on your counter, it has a durable construction and effective manual controls. Its exterior and interior are made from stainless steel. This improves sanitation, matches most industrial kitchens, and increases its longevity. It comes standard with a stainless steel generator pan with a stamped water level line. Its steam generator system does not require any water or drain connections, giving it the flexibility needed for practically any application. Its manual controls regulate its 60-minute timer and its constant cooking and steam feature. This C24EO3 audibly alarms when water levels are low.
