Vulcan C24EA3-LWE Convection Steamer w/ Pro Controls & Low Water Energy

The Vulcan C24EA3 is a single-compartment electric ENERGY STAR® certified convection steamer that is ideal for school cafeterias, commercial kitchens, healthcare establishments, and other institutions. It includes a 3-pan capacity for cooking your larger quantities to perfection. The C24EA3 convection steamer also includes Smart Drain System and PowerFlush technologies habitually remove contaminants before they become an issue, allowing for minimal maintenance to the machine.

The technology is advanced for ease of use and the professional controls are no different. The operator controls include 60-minute timer with a constant steam setting and an illuminated power switch in addition to cook and ready lights. The C24EA3 is designed to be user-friendly so that your staff, old and new, will be at ease operating the machine. The Low Water Energy (LWE) Smart Steam control reduces energy consumption and water usage to save on your utility bills. The convection steamer also includes a high-output stainless steel generator that includes a two-speed Staged Water Fill. The exterior and cooking compartments are also made of durable stainless steel. The steamer is shipped for 208/60-50/3 electrical service and can be field converted to 240/60-50/3 electrical. The water line connection is split and it had a 1 1/2” drain connection.
