The Stoelting U421-109I2A Soft-Serve Freezer is ideal for providing enough product during peak times and producing a thick, smooth, and creamy product. With a highly efficient auger design, it gently folds the entire contents of the freezing cylinder to deliver consistently delicious results. The spigot is self-closing to reduce waste and ensure precision portion control. The U421-109I2A has a pump approved for clean-in-place applications which reduce the cleaning time and labor requirements.

This U421-109I2A uses IntelliTec 2™ controls. They are extremely easy to use and allow employees greater control over the Soft-Serve Freezer's operation. Its controls are programmable and configurable through its touchpad screen. It allows operators to upload firmware and download statistics through the USB connection. It keeps performance and error logs to provide data to maximize profitability. It senses product consistency for a more accurate and flexible operation. The Soft-Serve Freezer's standby mode reduces product breakdown and conserves energy during slow periods!
