The Star-Max 536TGF electric griddle is the perfect addition to any food service operation. With precise temperature control and durable construction, the griddle delivers superior cooking performance and reliability for a wide variety of cooking needs.

The 536TGF boasts an all stainless steel construction and front panel for a long lasting attractive appearance and easy cleaning. A snap-action thermostat has been inserted into the griddle plate close to the cooking surface. It adjusts from 150°F to 450°F for a quick response to surface temperature changes.
