With four burners and a space saver oven, this Southbend S24E S-Series Restaurant Range is ideal for restaurants with limited floor space. It has a durable, stainless steel construction, making it ideal for commercial kitchens. Its four top burners are made of cast iron. The rear burners are designed to accommodate up to 14" stock pots and pans. The oven's interior cavity is made of enamel for easy cleaning. It has been insulated with a heavy, self-supporting block type rock. The oven and burners together use approximately 147,000 BTUs of power. This S24E is both CSA and NSF certified.
