Pitco SSPE14 Solstice Supreme Electric Pasta Cooker 12 Gallon Capacity

The Pitco SSPE14 Electric Pasta Cooker is a high production pasta cooker. High volume restaurants and multi-store chains can benefit from high production and lower annual maintenance and repair cost. The cooker is versatile in cooking a wide variety of pasta. It features a simmer mode used to gently rethermalize cooked pasta or precooked foods prior to plating or pan sauteeing.

The Pitco SSPE14 holds 12 gallons of water in its tank. The tank is constructed of marine grade stainless steel with tank overflows and a bottom 1-1/4" full port drain. The entire cabinet exterior is constructed of stainless steel.

Construction
