The Hobart FP350-1B comes standard with 6-pack plates. It processes 1,560 lbs/hour and features a full-size hopper and 1 HP motor with 10 amps.

Hobart's line of continuous-feed food processors let operators slice, dice, and chop faster while still delivering consistent results. Large-size feed hoppers eliminate precutting and enable the processing of a wide variety of products, including continuous cutting of long products such as carrots and cucumbers.

The FP350 has a de-coring screw to deflect products away from the plate hub for more complete processing. Even hours into the job, the food processor delivers a consistent performance thanks to Hobart's planetary drive. The planetary drive helps to prevent stalling under heavy loads and does not need time to rest between loads.

Hobart food processors are designed for ease of use and to enhance operator safety. The hopper is set at a 45-degree angle, designed to make it easier to load product and to reduce operator fatigue. Controls are simple to understand and master. An interlock switch prevents the machine from running when the pusher plate swings away.
