This Hatco FR2-9B Electric 9 kW (Balanced) Hydro-Heater Food Rethermalizer/Bain Marie Heater heats and holds at safe-serving temperatures. Ideal for storing underneath a mounted sink, it provides a consistent flow of 140°F to 190°F water. Responsive and efficient, this Heater Food Rethermalizer uses "free-flow" technology to produce a consistent heat. Temperatures are conveniently maintained through an electronic controller with digital display.

The low-water cut-off system protects the FR2-9B from harm, while its stainless steel front and powder-coated body ensures durability and a professional appearance. The tubular water chamber has a spiral heating element wrapped around its outside so the consistent flow of water doesn't directly come in contact with heating elements, this safeguards the Bain Marie Heater's elements against damage. Water Quality Requirements

• Incoming water in excess of 3.0 grains of hardness per gallon (GPG) (.75 grains of hardness per liter) must be treated and softened before being supplied to hot water dispenser(s). Water containing over 3.0 GPG (.75 GPL) will decrease efficiency and reduce the operating life of the unit.
