The Grindmaster-Cecilware CE-G48TPF Griddle makes temperature adjustment easy! It has thermostatic controls, ensuring you can set the griddle for the specific temperature you want to cook at. Its efficient design will keep the temperature within a couple of degrees of the one you set. The cooking zones are independent of each other as well, meaning you can set the temperature for each cooking zone differently. This provides you with greater flexibility and control.

The CE-G48TPF is made of durable stainless steel. It has a stainless steel burner and construction for increased longevity and easier maintenance.

The griddle plate is 1" thick. This provides better heat retention and faster recovery times. The thicker plate also provides a more even heat distribution than thin plates do.

This Griddle is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
