With a 36" wide and 20" deep cooking surfaces, you can now grill practically anything from your kitchen. It has a stainless steel construction and 1-3/4" sturdy non-marring legs for increased durability and strength. It has an ergonomically designed, rounded front bullnose for increased operator safety. It has an industrial metal knob that operators can adjust to manually control the independent cooking zones. It allows for convenient access to the front panel pilot for easy adjustments.

This CCP36 has reversible cast iron grilling grates for delicate proteins. Its angled sidewalls and bottom plate reflect heat into the cooking area for better and more accurate heat distribution.

The Grindmaster-Cecilware Charbroiler is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
