This Globe GEG36 Electric Griddle is easy to use and easy to clean. Its highly polished griddle plate is fully welded to its stainless steel frame. Its front edge is stainless steel and cool-to-the-touch, protecting employees from potential burns. This GEG36's temperature controls can be adjusted from 150°F to 480°F, providing ideal cooking flexibility. Its heat controls are individually adjustable and located every 12". This permits operators to cook food items at different temperatures and more than one dish at once. Simplifying the cleaning process, this Countertop Griddle has a spatula wide grease trough, 3-1/2" splash guard, and stainless steel catch tray.
