The Fagor CPR-8 counter top display is designed for durability and strength that you will not find in any other products in its class. It boasts an all stainless steel interior and exterior construction for a clean and safe food environment. The coved corner floor meets NSF requirements. The elegant top surface features a mirror stainless steel finish and full-color display.

The Fagor CPR-8 refrigeration system is designed to maintain 33°F to 41°F in the pans at all times. The static CFC-free R-134A refrigeration system keeps pans at NSF required temperatures. The digital temperature controller comes with automatic defrost and temperature display to keep food quality for a longer period of time. The unit is insulated with high-density CFC-free polyurethane insulation.

The Fagor CPR-8 comes standard with (8) 6" deep clear polycarbonate 1/6 size pans. It is mounted on 4 non-adjustable rubber legs.
