The Equipex Cl-1 Sodir-Roller Grill Cold-It Chilled Batter Holder keeps food cold for up to 8 hours. It is ideal for batters, sauces, toppings and dressings. It is stainless steel with an ABS plastic body. The chill plate insert and the stainless steel cover are removable for easy cleaning. There is no electricity required for this unit! Simply freeze the unit at 0° F for a minimum of 8 hours. Then, the Cl-1 can be filled with the refrigerated product at or below 40° F.
