The CV-PF-2LP comes with three heat exchanger tubes per tank, positioned perfectly for easy cleaning. The high limit shut off safely cuts the gas flow if the fryer exceeds a certain temperature, ensuring a safe operation.

The Portable Outdoor Fryer has a millivolt thermostat control to adjust temperatures between 200°F and 400°F. This gives employees greater flexibility and control over the operation.
