Its stainless steel bullnose-rail can be used to place plates and utensils while working and its double walled, heavy insulated construction provides a cooler operation. Brass gas valves, automatic standing pilots, and pressure regulators help ensure that this Gas Griddle/Overfired Broiler keeps running efficiently. Its burners are in an "H" shaped pattern to create an even heat.
