A Guide to Grosfillex Furniture

One of the manufacturers we sell that makes commercial grade furniture is Grosfillex. They are made in the United States and take pride in their quality builds. So much so they provide warranties for up to five years! With these benefits in mind, we’ve created this guide describing the styles they offer.

Java

This style chair and barstool has wicker backs. For those constructed for outdoor use, the wicker is weather-resistant. It is available as a folding chair, stackable chaise, stackable side chair, stackable armchair, and stackable barstool. Some models have wicker seats while others use aluminum or resin frames.

Sunset

Their sunset series have Textilene fabric backs and seats that are mold-resistant and ASTM rated. Their frames and fabrics come in different colors. They come with or without arms, but all of their chairs and some of their barstools are stackable.

In this line, they’ve also designed laundry housekeeping cabinets for poolside service. They store towels and more to improve organization and efficiency. Their towel valets are made of aluminum with the same Textilene fabric inserts. Single, double, and triple units can be purchased.

Ramatuelle

Ramatuelle-style furniture is made in China. It includes armchairs, barstools, and cushions for seats. What sets them apart is their lattice resin back and solid resin seats. Their legs have been powder-coated with aesthetically pleasing colors such as white, blue, red, gray, or black. The barstools have footrests, adding to their already comfortable design.

Another characteristic that makes them stand out is they are both UV and weather resistant, increasing their durability in outdoor settings. They have been ASTM-rated.

Tempo

Coming in a variety of colors, the Tempo series has resin backs with circular cutouts. This design is beautiful, adding to the aesthetic of any dining area. Each chair or barstool has tubular steel bases and footpads for increased stability. Their outdoor and indoor models are stain and UV-resistant.

The most unique quality this line has is that they are recyclable! Made in the U.S.A., they have been engineered of recyclable materials for environmentally conscious businesses.

Vogue

Vogue chairs and barstools are designed for either indoor or outdoor use. Their distinction is their contoured, slotted resin backs. Additional benefits include their resin seat and frames being completely UV resistant. Not to mention they are constructed out of recyclable materials.

Moon

With this line, you have options. What distinguishes them from other lines is the design on their backs. On the back of each chair or barstool, a wrought-iron design or circular moon design is present.

They are for outdoor use only. Frames and seats are constructed from aluminum or resin depending on the model. Those with resin frames and seats are recyclable. Backs are always made of resin.

They, of course, come in a variety of colors.

Plazza

Beautifully engineered, Grosfillex’s Plazza series is made for indoor use only. They are set apart by their “window” backs.

Krystal

Extremely comfortable, their Krystal line is made specifically for indoor use. It includes chairs and barstools, each with a crystal-clear polymer seat and back. Their backs have a convenient handhold.

Havana

With stackable armchairs and color-fast barstools, the Havana line is recognizable by its synthetic wicker texture finish. They are made of MPC technology resin and have 1-1/4” square powder coated aluminum bases. The barstools do have footrests. They are engineered exclusively for outdoor use.

Vegetal

Also made for outdoor use only, the Vegetal series sticks out for several reasons. One is the design on their backs. It almost looks like trees. Another is its construction. They are made of air molding technology resin and have nylon footprints. This air molding technology is revolutionary because it reduces the effects of weather, increases the longevity of the chair, and reduces maintenance. Lastly, this line is ASTM and BIFMA certified.

Essenza

This series has the same features as Vegetal except for design. The backs have square, rectangular, and triangular shapes.

Sumatra

Uniquely engineered, this series of armchairs have Kevring resin builds with synthetic metal texture finishes. They come in several colors but are most distinctive by their classic armchair appearance.

Colombo

Like Grosfillex’s Sumatra series, they have a classic armchair appearance. They are made exclusively for outdoor use and have Kevring resin builds. Unlike Sumatra, however, Colombo has wrinkled metal texture finishes.

Sanibel

Similar to Sumatra and Colombo, Sanibel armchairs have a classic appearance. They are designed specifically for outdoor use and are made in the U.S.A. They are set apart by their decorative backs and construction. They are made of Rexform resin and have synthetic wood texture finishes.

Atlantic

Atlantic chairs are just like Sanibel armchairs with the exception of their finish. Atlantic classic stacking dining armchairs have textured wood grain designs with stain finishes.

Savannah

Like the lines before them, Savannah armchairs are engineered out of Kevring resin for outdoor use. Unlike the armchairs before them, they have high backs and wrinkled metal texture finishes.

Miami

This series is unique. It is made of UV-resistant resin for outdoor use, but it also has slat backs. It includes armchairs with low backs or in bistro style. It includes a line of UV-resistant, square tables. All tables are made for outdoor use and are lower than average side tables, measuring a mere 15” high.

Victoria

These armchairs are like Atlantic and Sumatra. They are made for outdoor use, have contoured backs, are engineered with Kevring resin, and have wrinkled metal texture finishes. They are differentiated by 2” x 2” legs. With wider legs, they have a different appearance.

They come with footpads to reduce wear on outdoor surfaces and to protect the chair.

Seville

Seville armchairs have a different style on their back, is made of open mesh, but have the same Kevring resin construction with a wrinkled metal texture finish.

Fanback

Made for outdoor use, the Fanback armchair series are made of one-piece molded UV resistant resin and have high gloss finishes.

Acadia

Their contoured seats and ladder backs set these outdoor stacking chairs apart. This armchair line is built of Rexform UV-resistant resin and textured wood grain. They have satin finishes and 2” x 2” legs. It comes in teakwood, Amazon green, white, or Bordeaux.

Nautical

Specifically engineered for outdoor use, this line is made up exclusively of stackable chaises. They have adjustable slings or backs, white resin frames, and UV-resistant fabric. The best part is they are power washable!

This line is made in Spain instead of the U.S. and comes in a variety of colors.

Bahia

Their Bahia series includes outdoor tables, chaises, and seat cushions. The stacking chaises are all adjustable and made of resin. They come in different colors and are manufactured within the United States.

Their tables are low, UV resistant, and made of resin as well. What separates them from the rest is their square, 16” x 16” slatted top.

Their cushions are made specifically to fit their chaises. They are fade-resistant, have hoots and Velcro ties. They are made of 2-1/2” thick quick dry polyurethane foam and Sunsure Textilene. They come in white or royal blue.

Cataline

Grosfillex’s Cataline series is made up of outdoor chaises and replacement slings and cords. The replacement slings and cords come in all sorts of colors and patterns. The stackable chairs have arms, adjustable slings, and white resin frames. They are made in Spain and come ASTM rated.
