Time to stock up on the margarita glasses and the tequila bottles! Cinco de Mayo is right around the corner, and your customers are ready to drink. A great drink to usher in summer and to celebrate Cinco de Mayo is a frozen margarita.

The basic ingredients are tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and lots of ice. Many recipes suggest fresh lime juice. However, a more popular substitute for lime juice is frozen limeade concentrate. Frozen limeade concentrate is made to be mixed with water, so the flavor will not dilute as easily as lime juice will. However, keep the limes handy for garnishing the glass.
