Blodgett ZEPH-100-E SINGL Single Deck Full Size Electric Convection Oven

The Blodgett Zephaire-100-E is a standard depth full-size convection oven. It can accept five 18" x 26" standard full-size baking pans in left-to-right positions. Air is efficiently and evenly recirculated throughout the chamber by the two-speed fan and 1/2 HP motor. The interior lights and dual pane thermal glass windows allow you to keep an eye on your food as it cooks.

The Zephaire-100-E is Energy Star Qualified and boasts a stainless steel construction with solid mineral fiber insulation. The solid state infinite control comes with a digital timer.
