Blodgett 1060 Single Deck Gas Pizza Oven

The Blodgett 1060 is a Single Deck Gas Pizza Oven. The exterior is constructed of an all stainless steel front, top, sides, and back. The spring assist door comes with concealed hinges and a heavy chrome plated tubular steel door handle. The stainless steel legs measure 32". The burner door opens easily for ignition, cleaning, or adjustment without needing to remove any fastenings. The top, back, sides, bottom, and door have a vitreous fiber insulation.

This Blodgett 1060's interior has an aluminized steel baking compartment liner and combustion chamber. The two duplex-tube burners are free floating and easily removable. The main and pilot burners have removable fixed orifices. The main gas valve, temperature control valve, and safety pilot valve are fully within the section body and accessible through a covered and ventilated compartment in front.The air mixers come with adjustable air shutters and locking device.
