This Wells WV-2HG Ventless Cooktop has two French plates, a single griddle with thermostatic controls, and a cabinet base. Its hood is entirely self-contained, using a 4-filtration system. It also has fire protection features to keep operators and the equipment safe. This WV-2HG is made of stainless steel. This increases its durability and strength. It also makes it easy to clean and gives it an appearance appropriate for use in commercial and industrial kitchens. It has interior incandescent light in its protected glass globe to maximize visibility. This Cooktop fits through a 36" wide door opening.
