It has a stainless steel top, flange, control housing and fry pot making it more durable and simple to maintain. Its deep drawn fry pot is removable for easy cleaning. This Fryer comes with two 1/2-size fry baskets and has a total oil capacity of 15 lbs. Its positive-off operator-adjustable thermostat and low watt density elements heat oil for perfect frying temperatures. This F-556 has a safety high limit to prevent over heating. It comes standard with a WellsLok for easy installation.
