This Wells F-1725 Fryer is made for use a top your commercial kitchen's counter. With the capacity to fry 40 lbs at once in its two 1/2-size fry baskets, it is great for light duty applications. It has a deep-drawn, stainless steel fry pot, completely removable for easy cleaning. Its front, top, and sides are also made from stainless steel. This increases its durability while making it easy to maintain. This F-1725 uses one-piece, swing-up, tubular elements and positive-off operator-adjustable thermostats to fry products and regulate temperatures.
