Vulcan VC4ED 480v Single Deck Full Size Electric Convection Oven

The Vulcan VC4ED 480v is a full-size, single-deck convection oven. The 2-speed fan and 1/2 HP motor recirculate air evenly throughout the chamber for quick and even cooking. The oven cool switch allows you to rapidly cool down the cooking chamber. The porcelain enamel on the steel oven interior measures 29" W x 22-1/8" D x 20" H. It fits five nickel-plated oven racks with eleven position rack guides.

The VC4ED 480v has an independently operated door design with double pane windows and interior lighting, allowing you to keep an eye on your food as it cooks.
