This Star PSC28IE is a durable, easy to clean, easy to use Panini Sandwich Grill. It has a large 28" wide smooth cast iron cooking surface. Its performance torsion spring hinges and ergonomic curved handles make the top easy to lift up and shut. It has an easy to clean stainless steel exterior and removable grease drawer. This PSC28IE cooks products between 175°F and 500°F and is easily adjusted by its analog thermostat controls.
